D3 0.55 a D3 involvement counts 0.55 of a D1 one, 5537 players

This is the only table in this app that pools divisions, and it is only allowed to because every rate on it has been converted onto the D1 scale first. lvl is a player's opponent-adjusted rate multiplied by his division's factor above, so the column is a single quantity and the ranking means something. The native column is the same player's rate in his own division's units, which is what D1, D2 and D3 above rank him on. Players need 6+ nineties to appear.

The band on every converted rate is real and you should use it. The ladder is fitted on 665 players observed in two divisions, measured separately in each direction, and its offsets carry 95% intervals wide enough to move a D3 rate by roughly a sixth either way. Two players whose bands overlap are not separated by this table. It is a translation, not a projection. Most movers are mid-table, so applying the shift to a player far out in his division's tail assumes the gap is the same size out there, and the mover sample cannot check that. Read a tail player's converted rate as the question to go watch, never as the answer.
